2. Leadership in Alpha Theta Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. connects Brothers to the outside world.

3. Leadership in Alpha Theta Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. is formed by teaming Brothers of Higher Order of Thinking together.

4. Empowerment gets results

5. Effective and uniformed implementation of morals, values, selected principles, ethical doctrines, upstanding code of ethics, and philosophy of beliefs, is always done at the highest level of execution.

6. Brothers in Alpha Theta Sigma Chapter will always nurture the environment that is conducive to our “VISION.”

7. Alpha Theta Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. will be consistent in reinforcing a climate that builds high self-esteem, pride, dignity, and self-respect.
